Booking a House Share, Student Hall of Residence or Home Stay.
In order for us to discuss your requirements, we would like to ask you to register through our website by clicking the tab rental registration. This will take you through a quick (2 minute) registration process where we ask you for your contact details and your student housing requirements.
Once we have received your details, you will be contacted by one of our team members to discuss the options available.
Once you agreed to proceed with the booking, we will send you a provisional booking letter and the final invoice. The booking letter will contain a brief property description, date of arrival and departure, property address and your details.
At the time of the booking you are required to pay by debit or credit card your booking/arrangement fee of £199,00 plus VAT.
Rental Payment
At the time of the booking we will send you an invoice with the total monies outstanding and a due date. If you are an international student and you don’t have a UK based guarantor who is willing to underwrite your accommodation agreement, we require to pay the full amount within the indicated due date on your invoice. You normally have 5 working days after the booking to get the outstanding monies across by bank transfer.
Exceptions
When your agreement is more than 6 months, we can arrange for you to pay us in two terms of 6 months.
When you require paying your rent on a quarterly basis, we have the facility to carry out an international reference check on a foreign guarantor. This will be however at an additional charge and an increased rent of £5.00 per week per unit.
