Assen residential London is an independent dutch property consultancy based in London assisting students from all over the world in finding their London home. As demand for affordable rental properties in London is high, we at Assen Residential have access to hundreds of apartments, flat shares, host families and student Hall of Residences all over London. This will give you a better chance of finding something that suits your needs at the right price. Since we accommodate over a hundred students every year, Assen Residential has established itself as a market leader at short term student accommodations in London.
Internships
London is a popular place amongst students to gain valuable work experience. Every year, thousands of students from all over the world decide to find work placements in London. Exciting.... but there is an awful lot to arrange before your first day in the office. The most difficult task is to find yourself a place to stay. Most students browse the internet in search of their London apartment but very quickly encounter major issues like con artists (scammers), inflated rental prices and basic guidance and information with regards to student housing in London.
Not to worry as Assen Residential is your helping hand, we inform you about the accommodations available, we explain the procedures, assist with referencing when required and arrange the booking and the check in for you.

We at Assen Residential London do everything we can to guarantee your safety. We can therefore ensure you that Assen Residential will avoid all London areas with extraordinairy circumstances
Two Student Services to choose from, Property allocation or Property Relocation, which one suits you best?
Allocating you a room is the cheapest option and great if you happy with a basic London accommodation. We look at your budget and criteria and try to match these with the availability at these dates and the duration of the tenancy required. We than inform you of the student accommodation available, we will also provide you with an impression and a detailed description of the accommodation, so you can make your final decision.
Property Relocation
Expatriates moving from a foreign country into London often use our Relocation Service. However, students tend to use it more and more often as it provides them with a customized house hunt matching their requirements and a wider variety of choices. Our special student relocation rate starts at £649 plus VAT per student.
The big difference to our allocating service is that we will be scouting the whole of market (Private Market, Agencies and our database of investors and developers) this complete service will take approximately 2 weeks from the day of instruction in order to come up with a property to your liking.
Please note that student relocation rates will not include accompanied viewings and when requested will carry a surcharge of £25.00 per property.
Important: Student Relocations from the 1st September until 15th October 2012 will be charged at 1 months rent plus VAT due to high demand and limited supply levels.
