Assen Residential Fee Structure 2011/2012

Professional Rental Relocation

Our fee for a Proffessional rental relocation is 1 calender month rent plus VAT.

Our Buyer Relocation Service

Assen Residential will be entitled to 1.75% plus VAT of the final purchase price.

Student Property Services

Student Property Relocation

The relocation fee for students starts at one months rent plus VAT. 

Student Room Allocation

The property allocation fee starts at £199.00 plus VAT per student.

Cancellation Policy for Student Room Allocation;

When you place a booking through Assen Residential London, you are entiteld to cancel your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival. In this case Assen Residential will be charging a cancellation fee of £100 plus VAT.

However, Since Assen Residential London is an agent and has financially committed to a third party when a room allocation booking has been made; Assen Residential has therefore no choice but to enforce the strict cancellation policy as mentioned below;

When;

•  cancelling your booking within 4 weeks prior to arrival
• you let your invoice due date lapse without mutual consent within 4 weeks prior to arrival

Assen Residential London will charge the client 4 weeks rent plus £199.00 plus VAT.

Property Consultancy

Hire your own property consultant.

Property Consultancy rates starts at;

- £55.00 per hour plus VAT (minimum 2 hours)

- £200.00 plus VAT (Half day rate - 4 hours total)

- £350.00 plus VAT (Full day rate - 8 hours total)

Property Consultancy can include accompanied viewings, purchase & rental price comparison, negotiations, contract reviews, school cachement area's, area analysis and general reccomendations and advice. Our consultancy service will exclude sourcing properties.
